YAA and CQ BID bring Festival Family Fun to Belfast on Saturday 16 March. 

Belfast Children’s Festival and CQ BID have announced a partnership that will bring an exciting selection of pop-up performances, workshops, walkabout characters, storytelling, circus, comedy and music to Cathedral Quarter venues from 1-4pm this Saturday, 16 March. 

Eibhlin de Barra, Director at Young at Art, said: 

“We’re delighted to be partnering with Cathedral Quarter BID again this year, whose support allows us to bring even more exciting colourful and free performances and events to the area.   

“We’ll be welcoming children, young people and their grownups to venues and locations across Cathedral Quarter, including Ulster University, St Anne’s Square and Writers Square. And what makes it even better? It’s totally free to attend! 

“Check out the full line up of events and performances including a brand new show created by our Young at Art Collective. We’ve also curated some itineraries based on different age ranges to inspire families visiting Belfast on Saturday”
